Mixed Media style verjaardagskaart met Seasonal Branches - Ink Stamp Share Bloghop - Showcaze

Hallo en hartelijk welkom bij de Ink Stamp- Share Showcase Bloghop! Dit is een extra bloghop naast onze maandelijkse versie.

In deze bloghop laten de deelnemers zien waar ze zoal mee bezig zijn. Een heel vrije invulling dus! Dat levert altijd een heerlijk afwisselende berg inspiratie op!

Hello and welcome to the Ink Stamps Share Bloghop. This is an extra bloghop, that comes next to our usual monthly Hop. In this Showcase Bloghop you can just show, whatever you have been working on! So there will probably be lots of versatility and inspiration!

Deze week had ik bijna geen vrije tijd, maar de weinige tijdjes die ik in mijn stempelhoekje kon duiken wilde ik echt gebruiken om te ontspannen. Lekker kliederen met inkt, een beetje kleuren en schuiven. Kortom lekker "go with the flow"!

This week there was little time for me to craft, but in the minutes that i had I wanted to relax! Just a bit of playing with ink, some colouring, some arranging, just a matter of "go with the flow"!

En zo ging ik aan de slag met een prachtige nieuwe set en met drie van de nieuwe 2023-2025 In Colors!

And so I ended up playing with a gorgeous new set and with three of the new 2023-2025 In Colors!

Seasonal Branches is een geweldige set die je het hele jaar kunt gebruiken. Je kunt de takken namelijk voorzien van bijv. blaadjes, besjes, appeltjes maar ook bloesems! Zo is de set voor alle gelegenheden, en alle momenten geschikt! Daarbij ook een schittterend set om mee te werken, en ongewoon prachtig! De enorm uitgebreide stansenset is een waardevolle aanvulling, die nog veel meer creatieve varieermogelijkheden biedt!

Seasonal Branches is a great set that can be used all through the year! You can give the branches some leafs, Berries, apples, but also blossoms! That way the set can be used in all seasons and for all kind of occacions. Apart from that the set is absolutely beautiful and easy to work with! The expansive set of dies is a valuable addition, that gives lots of extra creative opportunities!

Ik kleurde de afbeeldingen in met Stampin Blends. De kleuren die ik gebruikte zijn Pebbled Path, Copper Clay en Boho Blue. Wat doen die drie het goed samen!

I coloured the images with Stampin'Blends. The colours I used are Pebbled Path, Copper Clay and Boho Blue. Those three colours work so well together!

De bloesems verwerkte ik op een Slimline kaart met een stemmige Mixed Media achtergrond.

The blossoms were added on a Slimline Card and a athmospheric Mixed Media background.

Ik inkte, stempelde, blendde, spetterde en werkte met masks om zo een mooi gelaagd effect te krijgen.

I inked, stamped, blended and splattered and used masks to get a fun layered effect.

We hebben er een nieuwe set Masks bij en die zijn helemaal top! Ik gebruikte twee van deze set Foursquare Decorative Masks voor mijn achtergrond.

We have a new set of Masks, the Foursquare Decorative Masks, and I love them! Two of thes masks were used on this background.

Natuurlijk gebruikte ik ook hier weer de drie In Colors. Zo krijg je eenheid in de kaart.

Ofcourse I ued the same three In Colors again. This gives a sense of unity.

Op een achtergrond als deze is het mooi om in een cluster, een groepje, te werken met alles wat je er op doet. Dat deed ik door een mooie witte vorm op de achtergrond te verwerken. Dit verbind het cluster en voorziet je van wat contrast Door over de achtergrond te stempelen en ook over de witte vorm verbind je alles weer en ziet het er allemaal wat spannender uit.

On a background like this it is nice to work in a cluster, with everything you put on top of it. So I added a nice white shape to the background to have a base for my cluster, and to add some contrast. By stamping on the background as well as on the shape it all looks more cohesive and it adds interest.

De nieuwe Nested Essentials dies die ik voor het bovenstaande gebruikte zijn echt superhandig!(en supercool!)

The new Nested Essentials Dies that were used for this step are extremely versatile, and cool!

De tekst heat emboste ik in wit op een strookje Pebbled Path cardstock. Hier onder plaatste ik een uitgerafeld stukje Textrured Ribbon in de kleur Copper Clay. In die kleur kwamen er ook enkele Decorative Dots op de kaart. Wat spettertjes en een losjes getekend lijntje met een Stampin'Write Marker maken het af!

The text was heat embossed in white on some Pebbled Path cardstock. Below this strips I added some Textured Ribbon in Coper Clay that I frayed a bit. I also added some Decorative Dots in the same colour. Some splattering and a doodled line finish of the card.

Zo, dit was dan weer mijn bijdrage voor deze keer!
