Deze keer werken we met het motto: Moms, Dads, Brides & Grads, oftewel moeders, vaders, bruidsparen en geslaagden! Dus dat moet haast wel een feesteliujke bloghop worden!

Ik koos het thema geslaagden, omdat er binnenkort weer heel wat vlaggen zullen wapperen met schooltassen er aan! En wat is er fijner dan op zo'n moment een feestelijke felicitatie te sturen!
I chose for the Grads! Soon we will see a lot of flags with schoolbags in our neighbourhood, a Dutch tradition to proudly show everybody that passes your house that there is a Graduating girl or boy living there! Is is so nice to have a card ready to send to the grad, to celebrate!

De meeste geslaagden die ik ken zijn jong, of nog tiener, dus ik vind het leuk om dan moderne, blije kaaten te maken.
Most of the grads I know are young people, or teenagers, so I like making modern, happy cards for them!
Daarom koos ik vandaag voor de supergave producten uit de Abstract Beauty Collectie, die te vinden is in de Mini Catalogus!

Ik stempelde met de Hello Beautiful stempelset op het basispaneel en voegde daar uitgestanste vormen aan toe die ik stanste uit het Abstract Beauty DSP met de Beautiful Shapes Dies.
I stamped on the base panel with the Hello Beautiful Stampset and added diecut shapes that I diecut from the Abstract Beauty DSP with the Beautiful Shapes Dies
De tekst komt uit de set Slim Sayings, en deze heat emboste ik met goud embossingpoeder, wat leuk past bij het DSP waar ook goud in voorkomt, en bovendien is goud helemaal hip en hot ;o) Ik voegde wat decoratie toe uit het Abstract Beauty Ephemera Pack en tenslotte wat Adhesive Backed Hexagons. Omdat het kaartje toen nog een accentje nodig had aan de linkerkant voegde ik daar nog wat zwart Bakerstwine toe.
The text is from the set Slim Saying, and was heat embossed in gold, which suits nicely with the DSP that has gold elements too. And gold happens to be very trendy right now! I added some embellishments from the Abstract Beauty Ephemera Pack, and as a finsihing touch I added some Adhesive Backed Hexagons. Then I thought my card needded a little accent on the left, so finally I added a loose bow from Black Bakerstwine.
