Ontspannend knipklusje - Ink Stamp Share Bloghop - Showcase

In deze bloghop laten de deelnemers zien waar ze zoal mee bezig zijn. Een heel vrije invulling dus! Dat levert altijd een heerlijk afwisselende berg inspiratie op!

Vandaag laat ik een tweetal kaarten aanjullie zien, waarbij ik lekker aan het mixen en matchen geweest ben!

Today I have two cards to show you on which I have mixed and matched a number of totally different items!

De afgelopen week was ik vanwege het warme weer heerlijk wat simpele en ontspannende klusjes aan het doen. Zoals hier, het knippen van de prachtige bloemen uit dit vel papier uit het pak Wonderful World DSP! Dit leverde een heel bakje vol prachtige bloemen op! Dit schitterende papier is onderdeel van de Wonderful World Bundle, wat een van de prachtige Sale-A-Brationkadoos is die je nu nog kunt uitkiezen bij een bestelling vanaf 120 euro. Je krijgt dan zowel de stempels als dit pak papier!

Last week I was looking for some simple and relaxing crafty tasks, to do on the warm moments we had a lot, the last weeks. Like cutting those beautiful flowers of this lovely sheet of DSP from the pack Wonderful World DSP. I ended up with a pile of beautiful flowers! This gorgeous paper is part of the Wonderful World Bundle, which is one of the Sale-A-Brationitems that can be chosen with a 120 euro's order. When you choose this bundle, you get both the stamps and the DSP!

En natuurlijk wilde ik al die prachtige bloemen gaan gebruiken voor een set lieve kaarten! Ik was heerlijk aan het schuiven en uitproberen!

And ofcourse I wanted to use those beautiful flowers on some sweet cards! I enjoyed the experimenting with combinations and placements!

Het leek me leuk om er een vleugje artistieke vrijheid op los te laten, en te experimenteren met een artistieke achtergrond en lekker veel diepte!

I thought it would be nice to let my creativity go, and started experimenting with making an artistic background and lots of depth!

Die diepte maakte ik met deze geweldige Picture This Dies! Oh daar kun je zoveel leuks mee doen!

The depth was achieved with those awesome Picture This Dies. Oh you can do so many fun things with these dies!!

In dit geval stanste ik eenvoudigweg de cirkels en rechthoeken uit een paneel Basic White Cardstock, maar dan meerdere keren en ook gedeeltelijk buiten de lijnen van het paneel.

In this case I Simple diecut the rectangles and circles from a sheet of Basic White Cardstock. But then twice, and also surpassing the edges of the panel.

De bloemen komen hier prachtig op uit!

This really highlights the flowers!

En achter dit paneel deed ik iets spannends! Ik combineerde namelijk met een heel ander designpapier, en dit bleek wonderlijk goed uit te komen! Ik haalde namelijk twee watercolourprints uit het Ringed With Love DSP! Enja, ook dit papier is een Sale-A-Brationkado! Je kunt die pak uitkiezen bij een bestelling vanaf 60 euro!

And behind this diecut panel I did something exciting! I matched with a totally different pack of DSP and made my own mix, and it turned out that they worked very well! What I did was using those two watercolourprints from the Ringed With Love DSP, and yes, this is also a Sale-A-Brationitem! This DSP can be chosen with a 60 euro's order!

Je eigen combinaties maken is zo leuk! En je benut je materialen zo ook nog eens optimaal!

Making your own combinations is so much fun, AND it makes you use the products optimal!

Ik vulde wat lege plekjes op, en voegde wat extra contrast toe, door kleine takjes te ponsen met de Bough pons en deze hier en daar tussen de bloemen te schikken!

I filled up some empty spots and added some extra contrast by punching some little sprigs and placing them between the flowers.

De tekst "een papieren knuffel" komt uit de set Hof van Eden!

The text, which means "a paper hug" comes from the set Edens Garden/Hof van Eden.

Om alles samen te laten vloeien voegde ik wat spettertjes toe in bijpassende kleuren, met een Stampin'Write Marker!

To make all the elements blend I added some splattering in matching colours using Stampin'Write Markers!

Alhoewel beide kaarten toch best van elkaar verschillen....

Although both cards are very different....

... zijn ze toch op dezelfde manier, en met grotendeels de zelfde materialen gemaakt. Kleine variaties maken vaak veel verschil!

... they are both made in the same way, and mostly with the same materials! Little variations can make a lot of difference!

Als decoratie, voegde ik zilveren of gouden pareltjes toe, naar gelang de kleurstelling van de kaart!

To decorate I added some silver or gold pearls, following the colourscheme of each card!

Het was leuk nu eens het designpapier de hoofdrol te laten spelen. Het is ook zo mooi!

Enne, ik ben heel benieuwd: Welke variant vind jij het leukst?

Er zijn trouwens nog genoeg bloemen over, dus ook die zal ik binnenkort gaan gebruiken op een projectje!

It was fun letting the DSP play the main part this time! It is such beautiful paper!

Een knusse kerst met Ringed With Nature - Stampin'For Christmas Bloghop

Waarom maken we het onszelf zo moeilijk, en waarom zouden we alleen vlak voor de kerst kerstkaarten maken... als dat ook verspreid door het hele jaar kan!
Daarom doe ik graag mee met deze bloghop.... Er is immers genoeg te vinden in de jaarcatalogus waarmee je ook nu bezig kunt zijn met je kerstkaarten! Ik vind het een gave uitdaging!

Why would we only make Christmascards when it comes close to Christmasday.... When we can also spread the fun over the whole year. That is why I love participating in this Hop. There are enough products available right now to start making cards rightaway. I think it is a nice challenge!

Deze maand maakte ik een lekker rustieke kerstkaart, een beetje "out of the box"...

This month I made this fun rustic Christmascard... And I went a bit "out of the box"....

Voor deze kaart gebruikte ik een geweldige bundle uit onze nieuwe Mini Catalogus! Ringed With Nature!

For this card I used a fabulous bundle, from our new Mini Catalog! Ringed With Nature!

Oh ik ben ZO ontzettend dol op deze set, hij is zo veelzijdig te gebruiken, eigenlijk het hele jaar door! Door het natuurlijke thema, kun je het op eindeloos veel manieren combineren, met bloemen, met paddenstoelen, meteen huisje, eikeltjes, kerstrozen en nog veel meer!

Oh I LOVE this set so much! It can be used in so many ways, in fact for all seasons. By combining the natural theme with the other images in the set, like flowers, toadstools, a little house, acorns, poinsettias etc you can use it for all kind of occasions!

Deze keer ging ik voor een winters kerstthema, en liet ik mij inspireren door de rustieke kerstornamenten van schijven echt hout, die momenteel helemaal hip, hot and happening zijn! Gewoon geinspireerd door een trend dus! Net als vorig jaar bestudeer ik ook in 2022 weer de kersttrends en probeer daar een gestempelde versie van te maken! Gewoon als leuke creatieve uitdaging!

This time I went for a wintery Christmasthema, and was inspired by the rustic looking Christmasornaments, made from real wood, that are so on trend right now. So I was just inspired by what is seen the Christmasdecoration industry. Just like I did last year, I like stydying the Christmastrends a bit, and try to make a stamped version of it. Just a fun creative challenge!

De houten schijven in de set kun je op uiteenlopende manieren maken en samenstellen, elke keer een beetje anders! Vorige maand heb ik daarvoor in mijn Kijkkast VIP Lounge, een aantal filmpjes en voorbeelden mee gemaakt. Je kunt de ringen stempelen, je kunt ze embossen, en je kunt ze ook stansen, maar ook kun je die technieken op allerlei manieren onderling mixen en combineren. Dat wordt extra gemakkelijk gemaakt door de Hybrid Embossingfolder, waarmee je kunt stansen en embossen tegelijk.

The wood slices in the set can be made and assembled in several ways, each time in a different way! Last month I made several video's and examples with it in my Kijkkast VIP Lounge. You can stam the rings, you can emboss them, and you can diecut them, and these techniques can be mixed however you want, which is made extra easy by the Hybrid embossingfolder that makes it possible to diecut and emboss at the same time!

Voor deze sneeuwman stempelde ik de binnendelen, die ik vervolgens uistanste en beinkte, en de buitenranden stanste en emboste ik, waarna ik de binnendelen er uit stanste en de buitenranden op de binnendelen plakte. Lekker veel inkten geeft het een lekkere shabby look. De gemboste buitenranden zorgen voor structuur en diepte. Ik heb expres de delen een beetje hotseknots op elkaar gestapeld, want dat past zo leuk bij de look!

For this snowman I stamped the inside part of the rings, diecut them, and inked them. For the outerparts I diecut and embossed the slices, and then diecut the inside of the rings, so I the outer rings were left. I adhered those to the inside parts. The inking gives the woodslices a rustic look. The embossed outer part gives them structure and dimension. I delibarately stacked the slices a bit wonky, because that adds to the overall look!

Ik vond dat bij deze sneeuwpop ook een rustieke achtergrond hoorde!

My idea was that this Snowman needed a rustic background too.

Hiervoor gebruikte ik dit Rings of Love DSP, dat perfect is afgestemd op de Ringed With Nature Bundle! Dit prachtige papier is een Sale-A-Brationkado, dus tijdelijk gratis uit te kiezen bij een bestelling vanaf 60 euro. Zolang de voorraad strekt, en uiterlijk tot 31 augustus!

For this I used the Rings of Love DSP, that is completely made to fit with the Ringed With Nature Bundle. This beautiful paper is a Sale-A-Brationgift, which means it can be chosen as a free gift with a 60 euros order, as long as the stock lasts, and until august 31th.

Ik gaf dit prachtige effect papier een rustieke draai, door te inkten, te scheuren, en te stempelen met bruintinten.

I gave this vivid paper a more rustic effect by inking, tearing and stamping in browns.

De sneeuwman kreeg een sneeuwmannenlook met Matte Black Dots, en een wortelneus van een restje Pumpkin Pie cardstock.

The snowman got his typical snowmanlook with Matte Black Dots and a carrotnose, from a scrap of Pumpkin Pie cardstock.

Natuurlijk kwamen er ook "armen" aan onze olijke vriend. Ik stanste daarvoor de takjes uit de set, en knipte de blaadjes er van af.

Op deze foto zie je ook hoe de achtergrond een doodle randje kreeg met eenStampin'Write Marker.

Ofcourse our cute friend needed some "arms"too, so I diecut the branches from the set, and snipped the leaves of.

On this picture you can also see how I gave the background a doodled outline, with a Stampin'Write Marker.

De decoratie maakte ik met Threaded Twine, Linen Thread en pareltjes die ik met een Stampin'Blend even bruin maakte.

The decoration was made with Threaded Twine, Linen Thread, and some pearls that were coloured brown with a Stampin'Blends marker.

Deze sneeuwman wenst je alvast een knusse, vredige kerst!

This snowmen hopes we will all have a cozy and preaceful Christmas!
