Welkom bij de Stampers Showcase Bloghop! Vandaag maken we weer een "reisje over de wereld" om allerlei leuke stempelprojecten te gaan zien! Je bent nu in Nederland, bij Annette Elias, van de Kijkkast. Leuk dat je er bent!

Deze keer hebben we een dubbel thema! We werken namelijk volgens een schets, EN gebruikten producten uit onze nieuwe Mini Catalogus!
This time we have a double challenge! We work with a sketch, and we use products from our new Mini Catalog!

Alhoewel de catalogus gericht is op het najaar, kun je er ook door het hele jaar door mee werken, en dat heb ik dus ook gedaan! Ik maakte een zomerse kaart in Farmhouse stijl.
Although the Mini Catalog aims towards the colder half of the year there are many products that you can use all through the year too! So I made a summery card for you today!
Zoals je ziet een kaart vol details, maar als je de schets ziet waarmee we deze keer werkten snap je waar dit vandaan komt! Ik vond het echt een supertoffe schets, en een echte uitdaging!
As you can see I made a card filled with details, but when you see the sketch we worked with, you know how that happened! I just loved this sketch and it was a true challenge!

Het is echt leuk om al die elementen uit de schets te "vertalen" naar een kaart!

het ronde element dat centraal stond in de schets inspireerde mij om met deze geweldige krans te gaan werken. Deze lag sowieso al klaar op mijn stempeltafel want ik had er zin in om met deze set aan de slag te gaan! Dus tsja, die keus was niet moeilijk ;o)
The round element that was the centre part of the sketch inspired me to work with this gorgeous wreath! This set was on my desk anyway, since I was wanting to use it, so this was a perfect moment to do that!
De krans maakte ik met deze nieuwe set, Cottage Wreath! Kransen vind ik sowieso te gek op kaarten, maar in deze cottagestijl is het natuurlijk helemaal niet te weerstaan! De supergave Country Wreath Dies zijn ook geweldig! Wat een details, en wat een boel extra elementen, om je krans elke keer een totaal andere look te geven! Zoveel combinaties zijn mogelijk met alleen al de kransen op zich! En daar komen al die leuke extra dingetjes nog eens bovenop!! Stempels en stansen kun je samen bestellen als voordeelpakket!
The wreath was made with this new set Cottage Wreath. I happen to love wreaths on cards anyway, but in this cottagestyle they are just irresistible. The supercool Country Wreath Dies are gorgeous too! So many details, and so many extra elements to change the look of the wreathS every time you use it! So many combination can be made with just the wreath! And on top of that there all the extra bits! Stamps and dies can also be ordered as a bundle!

Het is een Distinktive stempelset, dus de afbeeldingen hebben een enorm verfijnde aquarel look, met mooie subtiele kleurverschillen en diepte effect!

Ik voegde kleine pareltjes toe aan de krans, die ik met Stampin'Blends een passend kleurtje gaf!
I added little pearls to the wreath that I coloured with Stampin'Blends to make them fit perfectly with the colourscheme!

Het geweldige rustieke ruitjes papier past natuurlijk perfeect bij de landelijke sfeer!
The rustic look of the lovely ginghampaper is a perfect way to amphasize the cottage/farmhouselook I anted to achieve!
In het pak Gingham Cottage DSP zitten echt allerlei van zulke gave ruiten, in allerlei kleuren! Zo leuk dat het geen strakke ruiten zijn, maar een soort losse verfstreekruiten. Dat geeft een totaal ander effect!
In the pack of Gingham Cottage DSP are several of such lovely ginghams, in many different colours! I love the fact that the ginghampattern is not "clean"but looks like loose paintstripes, This gives a totallyu different effect!

Om wat extra rustieke ruigheid toe te voegen gebruikte ik een stukje van het geweldige Threaded Twine Silver. Ik rafelde het aan de uiteinden gezellig een beetje uit! Lekker stoer!
To add some more rustig roughness I used a piece of the gorgeous Threaded Twine Silver. I fringed the ends a bit to make it look even cooler. Just a fun little detail!
De stempels, stansen, het DSP en het twine komen allemaal uit de Cottage Wreath Collectie! Echt onweerstaanbaar mooi, en het hele jaar door te gebruiken!
The stamps, dies, the DSP and the cord, are all from the Cottage Wreath Suite Collection! A beautiful Suite that can be used all through the year and for all occasions!
De banners en cirkels stanste ik allemaal uit met de Stylish Shapes Dies! Wat een heerlijke basisset is dat!

Het leek me mooi om voor het rustieke gevoel ook wat structuur aan te brengen! Dat deed ik met de Quatrefoil Tile Embossingfolder, die ook te vinden is in de nieuwe Mini Catalogus. Door de randen te inkten breng je de structuur nog meer tot leven!
I thought it would be nice to add some structure to the rustic feel of the card. I used this Quatrefoil Tile Embossingfolder to do that. This embossingfolder is also in our new Mini Catalog. By inking the edges of the embossed panels the structure becomes even more prominent.

Alle elementen uit de schets zette ik om naar mijn thema, en zo werd de bloem een strikje. Ook de strik en de tekst zijn onderdeel van de stempelset!
All the elements of the sketch were adapted to the theme of the card. That way the flower became a bow. The text and bow are both in the stampset!
Doordat het kleurenschema rustig is gehouden, is het ondanks de vele onderdelen geen overdrukke kaart geworden, toch?
Because of the calmness of the colourscheme, the card is not too overwhelming, despite the big amount of elements, don't you agree?
