Kleurrijke post - Stamping with Friends Bloghop - Retiring 2022-2024 In Colors

Deze keer grijpen we nog een keer de kans om dag te zeggen tegen alle vijf de uitlopende In Colors 2022-2024

This time we take a chance to see a final goodbye to the retiring In Colors 2022-2024!

Het doet altijd een beetje zeer als er kleuren verdwijnen!

It always hurts a bit when colours are leaving the collection!

Vooral als het zulke mooie heldere kleuren zijn als deze!

Especially when the colours are as pretty and bright as these five are!

Maar gelukkig wisten we het van te voren en konden we nog zorgen dat we genoeg cardstock en refills ed in huis hebben zodat we ze nog jaaaren kunnen blijven gebruiken.

But ofcourse we knew it in advance so there was plenty of time to make sure we have enough cardstock and refills etc. to provide for coming months and years!

Deze kaart was eenvoudig te maken, maar ziet er toch best luxe uit! Ik wilde namelijk alle vijf de kleuren gebruiken dus maakte een mooie collage van blaadjes en takjes met de set Botanical Layers. Deze set is uitlopend, dus op is op!

This card was easy to make, but still looks rather luxurious. I wanted to use all five of the colours so make a playfull collage of branches and leaves with the set Botanical Layers. This set is retiring so be sure to get it before it is gone!

Zo kun je meteen zien hoe mooi de In Colors bij elkaar passen. Daar wordt door Stampin'Up! altijd goed over nagedacht!

In 2023 kwamen er vijf natuurkleuren bij, en binnenkort komen de nieuwe In Colors, die ik echt4e zomerkleurtjes noem en ik vind ze super! Je ziet ze binnenkort!

This way you can see how well these colours go together. StampinÚp! always puts a lot of time and effort in that.

In 2023 we got five natural colours, and soon the new In Colors will be available. I describe the new five as summery colours and I love them. You will see them here soon!

Met de Perennial Postage stansset maakte ik van het paneeltje een mooie postzegel. Bij de stansen zit ook een embossingstans, waarmee je een mooie post-stempel-Indruk kunt maken. Dat heb ik hier gedaan!

With the Perennial Postage Dies I turned the colourful panel into a big postage stamp. In the dieset there is also an embossingdie with wich I made the impression in the right top corner. I just love that!

Zwart en wit staan altijd mooi bij die felle kleurtjes, dus de tekst heb ik geheatembossed in wit, en daarna ook weer met een stans uit de zelfde set uitgeponst. Het In Color Bakerstwine en de geborsteld koperen vlindertjes maken het net af!

En dan nog een tip, mocht de stempelset Botanical Layers nu uitverkocht raken, kijk dan ook eens naar de set Inked & Tiled, want daarmee kun je ook dergelijke effecten bereiken. Ook die is te vinden bij de uitlopende artikelen!

Black and white always look nice with such bright colours, so heat embossed the text in white on some black cardstock and used the same dies set again to turn it into a label. The In Color Bakerstwine and the Brushed Brass Butterflies finish it of.

And then at last a tip, in case the set Botanical Layers might be sold out: Make sure you check the set Inked & Tiled. With this set you get this kind of effects too. This set is retiring as well!

Grungy kerstkaart met materialenmix - Stampin' For Christmas Bloghop

Hallo en welkom bij deze Stampin' For Christmas Bloghop!

Waarom maken we het onszelf zo moeilijk, en waarom zouden we alleen vlak voor de kerst kerstkaarten maken... als dat ook verspreid door het hele jaar kan!
Daarom doe ik graag mee met deze bloghop.... Er is immers genoeg te vinden in de jaarcatalogus waarmee je ook nu bezig kunt zijn met je kerstkaarten! Ik vind het een gave uitdaging!

Why would we only make Christmascards when it comes close to Christmasday.... When we can also spread the fun over the whole year. That is why I love participating in this Hop. There are enough products available right now to start making cards rightaway. I think it is a nice challenge!

Vandaag had ik zin om lekker te combineren met stempelsets en wat inktige techniekjes!

Today I felt like mixing some stampset and using some inky techniques!

Ik maakte zo een kaart met een "grungy" uitstraling, en weet je wat nu zo grappig is? Ik gebruikte er geen enkel product voor dat specifiek voor kerst is gemaakt!

I made a card with a "grungy" look, and you know what is the funny thing? I did not use any product that is specifically made for christmas!

De bloemen maakte ik met de Uniquely Artistic stempelset! Een heel aparte set vind ik dat! Ik houd van de bijzondere belijning in de afbeeldingen en de bijpassende invulstempels hebben een superruig effect. De gebruikte techniek is dan ook Two step stamping.... Eerst de lijntjesstempel in zwart en dan de invulstempel in Sweet Sorbet, of Shaded Spruce er overheen. De onderdelen knipte ik vervolgens uit.

The flowers were made with the Uniquely Artistic Stampset. This set is really very unique and special! I love the outstanding and detailed lines in the images, and the matching Fill-in stamps have such a rough and grungy look! So ofcourse the used technique is Two Step Stamping. First the image in black and then the filler stamp in Sweet Sorbet or Shaded Spruce. After stamping I Fussy Cut all the stamped elements.

Het gebruik van rood met groen geeft de niet-kerst-set meteen een wat kerstige look!

The use of red and green gives the Non-Christmas-set a Christmaslook rightaway!

De inktige achtergrond ziet er misschien ingewikkeld uit, maar dat valt dus eigenlijk reuze mee. Ik beinkte de Drybrush stempelset met beide tinten, dus Sweet Sorbet en Shaded Spruce, maakte de inkt met een Stampin'Spritzer een beetje nat, en stempelde deze op een stukje Shimmery White. In de nog natte inkt bracht ik vervolgensnog wat inktspettertjes aan voor extra effect!

The inky background may look a bit complicated, but is in fact rather easy to make. I inked the Drybrush Stamp in both colours, so Sweet Sorbet and Shaded Spruce, wet it a bit with ta Stampin'Soritzer and stamed it on a piece of Shimmery White cardstock. Next I added some ink splatters in the wet ink to get even more structure!

De Days to Rememeber stempelset is ideaal om kalenders ed te maken,maar doet het ook geweldig op kaarten, zeker als je een bepaalde datum wilt highlighten, zoals hier de 25ste december! Ik stempelde bewust de stempels niet helemaal af om in die "grungy"sfeer te blijven!

The Days to Remember is great for making calendars and planners, but also works perfectly on cards, especially if you want to highlight a certain date, like in this case december 25th! I deliberately stamped in a imperfect way to keep the "grngy"look in tact.

De randjes gaf ik een stoere look door er met een Black Memento inkpad zachtjes langs te gaan! Daarna tekende ik met de Black Stampin'Write marker een doodlelijntje als accent.

The edges got a rugged look by wiping a Black Memento Inkpad on them. After that I used a BlackSS Stampin'Write Marker to draw a doodle line as an accent.

De tekst komt uit de set Inspired Thoughts, een set die vol zit met prachtige, bruikbare teksten die ALTIJD kunnen! En ook hier maakte ik weer die inktige randjes.

The text is from the set Inspired Thoughts, a set filled with beautiful, usable texts that are ALWAYS fitting. And again I added the inky edges here!

En hoe leuk is het om tussen al die structuurtjes nog net even een extra structuurtje toe te voegen door dit leuke ruitje uit het 2022-2024 In Color DSP nog even als kleurrijk tussenlaagje toe te voegen! Ik houd van dit soort subtiele details. Ook de gebruikte Twine en de Dots hebben de kleur Sweet Sorbet en maken het geheel zo mooi af.

And how fun is it to add even more structure with this fun plaid paper from the 2022-2024 In Colre DSP as a colourful layer! I just love such little details. also the Twine and dots I used are in that same Sweet Sorbet colour, so that finishes everything off.

Zoals ik al vertelde zijn er dus geen kerstige producten gebruikt voor deze kaart, maar dat is nu net het leuke van stempelen. Je kunt er je eigen ding mee doen! Alle gebruikte producten staan in onze jaarcatalogus.

As I mentioned earlier I did not use any Christmasproducts, and that is exactly why I like stamping so much... You can do what ever you want with it, and give it your own styyle and look. All used products are in our Annual Catalog!

Stylish Sketches in blauw - Ink Stamp Share Bloghop - Showcase

In deze bloghop laten de deelnemers zien waar ze zoal mee bezig zijn. Een heel vrije invulling dus! Dat levert altijd een heerlijk afwisselende berg inspiratie op!

Hello and welcome to the Ink Stamps Share Bloghop. This is an extra bloghop, that comes next to our usual monthly Hop. In this Showcase Bloghop you can just show, whatever you have been working on! So there will probably be lots of versatility!

Deze week heb ik een vol geplande agenda! Niet alleen gaf/geef ik deze week drie workshops, maar ook ben ik druk met het Online Open Huis op de Kijkkast VIP pagina, waar ik elke dag een video plaats, met een nieuw project en nieuwe materialen.

This week my agenda is well filled. Not only do/did I do three workshops this week but I am also busy with the Online Open House on the Kijkkast VIP Lounge, where I post a video with a project made with new products every day!

Dit was een van de projecten die ik daarvoor maakte, een collagekaart in blauw!

This was one of the projects I made for the Open House, a collage-card in blue!

Ik gebruikte er een Sale-A-Brationgeschenk voor, deze stempelset met de naam Stylish Sketches. Een prachtige set met natuurlijk thema, in een mooie, bijzondere schets-stijl!

I used a Sale-A-Brationproduct to make it, this stampset with the name Stylish Sketches. A beautiful set with a natural theme, in a lovely, sketchy drawing style!

Alles is in een kleur gemaakt, de nieuwe In Color Starry Skye! De inkt, het cardstock, het bakers Twine en de Dots, alles is in Starry Sky! Ton sur ton dus!

Everything on this card is done in one colour! It is the new In Color Starry Sky! The ink, the cardstock, the bakers twine and the dots, it is all in Starry Sky! We call this tone on tone!

Met de Stitched Rectangle Dies stanste ik rechthoeken in verschillende maten, die ik vervolgens bestempelde met de afbeeldingen uit de set, en kleurde.

With the Stitched Rectangle Dies I diecut the rectangles in different sizes, and Stamped and coloured the images from the set.

Ik liet zien hoe ik de afbeeldingen kleurde met een leuke techniek...

I showed how I coloured the images with a fun technique....

... met de Blender Pens!

Alle elementen verbond ik met elkaar door de compositie.

All the elements are connected by the composition.

Het lijkt een beetje op Delfts Blauw zo!

It almost looks a bit like Delft Bleu!

Wat een schitterende set is dit toch!

Omdat het een afbeeldingenset is, heb ik er een passende tekst bij gekozen. Deze komt uit de set Amazing Year.

Oh, isn't this a gorgeous stampset?

Since Stylish Sketches is an Images-only set I searched for a nice matching text. This one is from the set Amazing Year.

Zo, dit was dan weer mijn bijdrage voor deze keer!
