Deze keer maken we projecten met nieuwe producten uit de pas verschenen Mini Catalogus!
This time we make projects with new products from the newly started Mini Catalog!
Ik besloot een herfstige kaart te maken!
I decided to make an autumnal card!
Met al die regen, onweer en wind van de laatste dagen raak je daar wel voor in de stemming!
With all the rain, thunder and wind of the last days it is easy to get into the mood for that!
Vooral de warme diepe kleuren die bij de herfst horen spreken me erg aan! Die probeerde ik vandaag dan ook vast te leggen in mijn maaksel!
Especially the warm rich colours of the autumn are appealing to me! So I tried to bring them into my creation!
De prachtige set die ik gebruikte voor de bladeren heet Artistic Leaves!
The beautiful set I used to make the leaves is called Artistic Leaves!
De prachtige bladeren stempel je steeds in twee stappen, en dat maakt het dus heel makkelijk om ze meerkleurig te maken!
The leaves are stamped in tow steps, and that makes it easy to make the Two coloured ones I used on this card!
Ik gebruikte Timid Tiger, Berry Burst en Gorgeous Grape, en dat steeds in andere combinaties, zodat je een grote verscheidenheid krijgt. Ik knipte ze uit en krulde de randjes een beetje.
I used the colors Timid Tiger, Berry Burst and Gorgeous Grape, in different combinations, to get a variety of leaves. I fussy cut them and curled up the edges a bit.
Natuurlijk maakte ik een passende inktige achtergrond waarin de zelfde kleuren terugkomen.
Ofcourse I made a matching inky background for which the same colors were used.
Hierbij gebruikte ik ook deze nieuwe set Etched Autumn! Een meer dan kaartgrote achtergrondstempel.
Here I used this new set Etched Autumn. A more than cardsize big background stamp!
Met deze set heb ik ook een workshop gemaakt waarbij je deze set gebruikt om dit soort inktige achtergronden te maken. Je vindt de workshop en de info in de AGENDA
With this set I made a technique workshop in which this set is used to make this kind of inky backgrounds. Check the AGENDA, and info to find out more!
Om de achtergrond wikkelde ik een stuk van dit prachtige lint in de kleur Timid Tiger, en werkte dit af met een mooie strik.
Around the backgroundpanel I wrapped some gorgeous Timid Tiger Ribbon and finished it of with a bow.
De bladeren positioneerde ik een beetje speels op en onder het lint.
The leaves were playfully positioned on and under the ribbon!
De tekst is geheat embossed in wit op een strookje Gorgeous Grape cardstock waarvan ik de randjes wat opruwde.
The text was heat embossed in white on a strip of Gorgeous Grape cardstock, of which I distressed the edges a bit.
Als allerlaatste voegde ik wat bijpassende platte parels toe!
To finish it all off I added some matching flat pearls!
De herfst is zo'n inspirerend jaargetijde!
Autumn is such an inspirational time of the year!
Zo, dit was dan weer mijn bijdrage voor deze keer!
