Zee-diorama-funfoldkaart - New at SU Bloghop - Fun Fold Birthday Cards

Deze keer maken we Funfold kaarten voor een verjaardag!

This time we are making Fun Fold Cards for a Birthday!

Ik maakte een heel vrolijke kaart in zeethema, geschikt voor iedereen, en.... met een verrassing aan de binnenkant!

I made a happy card in a coastal scene, fitting for all kind of persons, and.... with a surprise on the inside!

Voor deze kaart gebruikte ik bijna alle items uit de Scenic Coast collectie!

For my cards I used almost all products from the Scenic Coast collection!

De kleurrijke achtergrond maakte ik met dit prachtige Speciale Designpapier Scenic Coast! Wat een schitterend kleuren zitten er in dit papier, en.... de schittering in het water glanst... Echt geweldig mooi!

The colorful background was made with this lovely Specialty Designer Series Paper Scenic Coast! Such gorgeous colours! And the shimmering in the water is truely made shiny... Really stunning!

Hier op kwamen een aantal gestanste, geinkte en gestempelde onderdelen!

I added some diecut, inked and stamped elements to it!

Hier gebruikte ik het Sunset Coast collectiepakket voor! Een zeer speciale set, kijk alleen al naar die bijzondere stansen! Tussen het DSP en de elementen kwam een laagje vellum, voor een mooi contrast.

To make them I used this Sunset Coast Bundle. A very special set... I mean,... just look at these amazing dies! Between the DSP and the elements I added some Vellum Specialty Paper, to add some contrast.

Ik decoreerde het een beetje met de Sunset Sparkle Pailletten en wat Linnen Draad. De tekst Heat Emboste ik in wit. Maar laten we nu snel eens de binnenkant bekijken!

I decorated it a bit with the Sunset Sparkle Sequins and some Linen Thread. The text was Heat Embossed in white. But let's soon check the inside now!

Bij het openvouwen ontvouwt zich een klein diorama, een tafereeltje met diepte!

While opening the card a small diorama, a scene with depth, unfolds!

Elementen van de voorzijde komen hier terug, maar dan net even anders!

Elements from the front of the card are used again, just a little different!

Door de omgeving redelijk rustig te houden word je blik naar het doorkijkje getrokken. 

By keeping the surrounding part rather simple, the eye gets drawn to the little scene,

Door heel subtiel wat White Craft inkt aan te brengen krijg je een mooi lichtval effect in de boot en golven.

By adding just a bit of White Craft ink you get a nice lightcatching illusion in the boat and waves,

Ik voegde bootjes, wolken en meeuwen toe.

I added some ships, clouds and seagulls.

De schelpjes stanste ik uit Basic White cardstock en met een Water Painter en inkt bracht ik de kleurtjes aan.

The shells were diecut from Basic White cardstock and with a Water Painter and some ink I added the colours.

En onder de aanvullende tekst is natuurlijk nog voldoende ruimte om een persoonlijke boodschap te schrijven.

And under the additional message there is still plenty of room to write a personal message.

Zijn die stansen niet fantastisch?

Aren't these dies fantastic?

Hier zie je goed hoe de kaart in elkaar zit. Simpel maar toch verrassend. Maar ja, ik weet wel hoe dat komt.... De set Sunset Coast leent zich geweldig goed voor deze funfold! De maten zal ik binnenkort in de Kijkkast VIP Lounge plaatsen!

Here you can see the shape of the card. Simple but still surprising. But that is also because Sunset Coast is a perfect set for this fun fold! I will post the cardsizes in the Kijkkast VIP Lounge.
