Eenvoudige achtergronden stempelen met Snowman Season Bundle- Totally Techniques-Tone on Tone Stamping

Deze keer hadden we een supereenvoudige techniek, maar wel een hele leuke! Met deze techniek, genaamd tone-on-tone stempelen, kun je namelijk op een heel makkelijke manier mooie subtiele achtergronden maken.

This time we have chosen a very simple technique, but it is still a nice one! With this technique, which is called Tone on Tone stamping you can make easy, nice looking, subtle backgrounds

Ik maakte drie voorbeelden hiervan. Zoals je kunt zien zijn deze gezellig gevuld zijn maar vragen ze toch niet extreem veel aandacht.

I made three examples for you. As you can see the backgrounds are nicely filled but still will not take to much attention

De achtergrondjes verwerkte ik natuurlijk tot drie kaarten. Ik ga je iets meer vertellen over hoe ik ze gemaakt heb!

Ofcourse I turned the backgrounds into three cards. I will tell you some more about how the were made.

De hoofdrol is deze keer weggelegd voor de Snowman Season Bundle! Hoe leuk is die! Hij staat in de herfst wintercatalogus en ik vind het zo'n vrolijke set!

The biggest part is played by the Snowman Season Bundle today! This fun Bundle is in our Seasonal Catalog, and I think it is such a happy set!

Met de sneeuwvlokjesstempel uit deze set stempelde ik met inkt in de kleur Sea Side Spray op cardstock in dezelfde kleu! Tone-on-Tone, kleur op kleur, dus! Dat levert subtiele motieven op! Hierbij is het natuurlijk essentieel dat we bij Stampin'Up! inkten en cardstock in dezelfde kleuren hebben!

With the Snowflake stamp from this set I filled a piece of Seaside Spray Cardstock with ink in the same Color, so Tone-on-Tone! This gives some subtle images as a result. For this technique it is essential that we have colourcoordinating products at Stampin'Up!, in this case Ink and cardstock!

Voor de andere achtergronden gebruikte ik een tekst uit de zelfde Snowman Season set, en een hartjesstempel uit de set Meant To Be!

For the other backgrounds I used a textstamp from the same Snowman Season Stampset, and the little heartstamp is from the set Meant to Be!

Je kunt die achtergronden ook nog splitsen, voor een net nog iets spannender effect!

Ofcourse you can also split the backgrounds for a little more interest!

Voor de eerste kaart voegde ik wat Pacific Point toe voor wat kleurcontrast!

For the first card I added some Pacific Point for some colour contrast.

De leuke sneeuwman kon ik eenvoudig stempelen en uitponsen met de Snowman Builder pons. Het hoedje en de takjesarmen ook!

The fun snowman can simply be stamped and punched out with the bundle. The hat and branches/arms too!

Maar ik bedacht dat deze pons veel meer mogelijkheden had.... Ik heb zoveel leuke variaties met deze pons bedacht en gemaakt! Ik laat er hier alvast twee zien!

But I imagined some other possibilities with this Snowman Builder Punch. Oh well, to be honest I made so many fun varieties with it. Here I will show you two of them!

Voor de tweede kaart gebruikte ik de achtergrond met teksten. Deze heb ik drie ker doorgesneden en weer samengevoegd.

On the second card I used the text-background. This was split three times!

En deze keer werd de sneeuwpop een rendiertje. Is ie niet superschattig, juist door de eenvoud? De "armpjes"doen het ook prima als gewei!

And this time I added a reindeer! isn't he cute and simple! And yes it was made with the Snowman Builder Punch!

En voor de derde kaart koos ik de achtergrond met hartjes, deze sneed ik twee keer diagonaal door. Dat geeft meteen een speels effect!

For the third card I used the background with the hearts. This one was split twice, and diagonally. I think this has a playfull effect!

En hoe grappig, hier werd de sneeuwman een heus gelukspoppetje! Het hartje ponste ik met de Dog Builder pons en het lint maakt het "net echt"! Als je nog niet verliefd was op die pons, ben je het misschien nu wel... ( en er kan nog veel meer mee!) Hij is echt TE LEUK toch?

And how fun, on this card our snowman was turned into a lucky charm, which in Dutch we call a Lucky doll. Do you recognize it? The ribbon makes it look more realistic. If you had not yet fallen in love with this punch yet, you may have now. And you know.... there are lots and lots more possibilities. I will do my best time to show you soon!

Nou, ik hoop dat je geinspireerd bent en ook aan de slag gaat met deze leuke en makkelijke manier om achtergronden te maken! En die Snowman Season Bundle... tsja, die mag natuurlijk niet in je verzameling ontbreken!

Een lief kadoosje voor jou... Kre8tors Bloghop theme Valentine

Hallo, en welkom bij de Kre8tors Bloghop!

Hello and welcome, to the Kre8tors bloghop!

Het thema van deze maand is... hoe kan het ook anders.... Valentijn!

Theme of this month is... (what else could it be).... Valentine!

Valentijn draait voor mij niet zozeer om "geheime liefdes" en dergelijke maar om liefde en vriendschap in het algemeen! Er zijn dan ook meerdere mensen die rond Valentijn van mij een kaartje of iets anders liefs krijgen!

For me Valentine is not just about "secret crushes" but about love and friendship in a broader way! Therefore there are always a number of people that will receive a card or some other sweet gesture from me for Valentine Day!!

Deze keer leek het mij een leuk idee om wat kleine weggeefkadoosjes te maken voor Valentijn, om ze zomaar aan allerlei mensen weg te geven. Sommigen aan bekenden, maar misschien gaan ze ook wel naar anderen. Mensen die ik niet of nauwelijks ken. Dat lijkt me gewoon leuk! Het zou mij zelf namelijk ook ontzettend leuk lijken zomaar zoiets te krijgen...Tegenwoordig kan de wereld best een beetje liefde gebruiken toch? Waarom dan niet gewoon beginnen in het stukje wereld om je heen?

This time I thought it would be a nice idea to make some sweet little giftboxes for Valentine, to give them randomly to people. Some will go to people that I know, like our kids or a friend, but possibly some will go to others, maybe to people I don't know yet, or know just a bit. Just as a nice gesture. I cannot imagine somebody will not like getting it... I would! After all nowadays the world can use a little love, don't you think? So why not start in the piece of the world that surrounds us?

Deze doosjes zijn zo eenvoudig te maken! Ik begon met het stansen van de basisvorm met de Petite Treats Framelits dies. Je kunt hierbij diverse inzetstukjes gebruiken voor de topper, maar natuurlijk ging ik voor de hartjes vorm. Ik bestempelde de doosjes vervolgens met de hartsjesstempels uit de set "Meant to Be" in Pool Party en Real Red inkt.

These boxes are so easy to make! I started with diecutting the boxes with the Petite Treats Framelits. There are several Inlays for the die to make different Box Tppers, but ofcourse I chose the Heart Shaped one. I Stamped the bases with the lovely Heartstapms from the set "Meant To Be" in Pool Party and Real Red Ink.

Ik vormde de basissen alvast een beetje met een Bone Folder en plakte ze dicht tot doosjes. Dat is heel makkelijk want alle lijntjes zijn gemarkeerd op je stansvormpjes. Daarna maakte ik gaatjes en haalde daar een stukje lint door ( Shimmer Ribbon Pool Party)

I shaped the bases of the boxes a bit with a Bone Folder and adhered the sides to turn them into boxes. That is easy to do because everything is marked on the diecuts. I punched some holes and added some Ribbon (Shimmer Ribbon Pool Party)

Bij de hartjesstempels hoort ook een geweldige set dies, de Be Mine Stitched Framelits. Hiermee stanste ik de rode opengewerkte harten uit. Ook stanste ik de kleine hartjes uit die ik met Pool Party had gestempeld. De tekstjes stempelde ik met een stempel uit de nieuwe Nederlandstalige set Van Alles Wat en ponste ik uit met de Classic Label Pons

With the Meant to Be stampset there is also a matching Die set. The Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies. I diecut the red Hearts, and also the small hearts which I had first stamped with Pool Party ink. The Sentiments were made with a new Dutch Stampset "Van Alles Wat"and punched with the Classic Label Punch

Ik voegde ze samen en maakte er leuke decoraties mee.

I assembled them to make some nice Embellishments

En deze kwamen op de doosjes, waarna ik ze nog voorzag van een Red Rhinestone Jewel, voor net dat kleine beetje "Bling"

And I adhered them to the little boxes. I also added a Red Rhinestone Jewel for a bit of "bling"

Schattig toch? Ik ga er nog wat lekkers in doen, en een lief briefje voordat ik ze ga uitdelen maar tot die tijd...

Aren't they cute? I will add a small friendly note and something to eat in them before I give them away, but until that moment.....

... gebruik ik ze nog lekker even voor mezelf. Want ze doen het ook heel erg leuk als "Home-deco"objectjes, voor in mijn "Valentijnstak" ;o)

...... I will enjoy them for a few days myself... After all they are also lovely as Home Deco objects, as they are hanging in my "Valentine Vase" ;o)
