3-laagse herfstkaart - Totally Techniques Bloghop - Set Back Stamping

Ook deze maand doen we iets heel erg leuks: Triple Stamping!

Again we are doing something fun this month: Triple Stamping!

Bij deze techniek krijg je een effect van drie lagen, die het zelfde bestempeld zijn, waardoor de afbeelding lijkt door te lopen.

With this technique you get the effect of three layers, that are stamped the same way, to make the images flow from one layer to the other.

Bij deze techniek krijg je prachtige, gelaagde kaarten die er ingewikkeld uitzien, maar eigenlijk heel simpel te maken zijn.

This technique gives you lovely layered cards that look complicated, although they are in fact rather simple to make!

Zoals wel vaker, is het een kwestie van "even weten hoe het werkt", en daar is dus deze hop reuze handig voor, want bij elk van ons zul je wellicht andere tips en toepassingen tegenkomen!

As happens rather often in stamping, it is a matter of "just getting to know how it works" so for that this hop is the place to be. We will all show you our tips and what we made with it.

Zoals je ziet maakte ik een herfstige kaart met deze techniek, en de stempel die de hoofdrol speelt is Stitched Autumn, een prachtige achtergrondstempel

As you can see I made an autumncard with this technique, and the stamp that is most visible is Stitched Autumn, a lovely background stamp!

Hierbij vind je mijn stap voor stap werkwijze!

And here is my step by step tutorial!

Stap 1: Ik stempelde de Sketched Autumn stamp with Versamark Inkt en Heat Emboste dit met Koper embossingpoeder. De koperkleur staat prachtig op de Peach Pie ondergrond!

Step 1: I stamped the Sketched Autumn Stamp with Versamark ink and heat embossed it in copper. Copper looks great on the Peach Pie cardstock!

Stap 2: Ik nameen eerste kleur inkt, depte een clearblockje op het inktkussen en gebruikte dit om met een Water Painter op te nemen en daarmee een deel van de blaadjes in te kleuren. 

Stap 2: I took a first ink colour and dabbed a small Clear Block on the ink and used this ink to take it up with a Water Painter and colour a few of the leaves.

Stap 3: Dit herhaalde ik met kleur 2, 3 en 4! Net zolang totdat alle blaadjes ingekleurd waren. Ik gebruiikte de kleuren Timid Tiger, Pecan Pie, Cajun Craze en Poppy Parade. Dit zijn allemaal kleuren die mooi passen bij de achtergrond.

Step 3: I repeated the steps with colours 2, 3 and 4 until all the leaves were coloured. I used the colours Timid Tiger, Pecan Pie, Cajun Craze and Poppy Parade. All these colours look great with the Peach Pie background!

Stap 4: Nu is het tijd om de achtergrond in drie lagen te delen. Daarvoor is het handig om stansen te kiezen waar je verschillende maten van hebt. Ik koos deze Branching Out Dies.

Step 4: Now it is time to divide the background in three layers. It is the easiest to use dies of which you have several sizes in one shape. I chose these Branching Out Dies.

Stap 5: Voor elke laag snijd of stans je dan een stukje dat net iets groter is, als onderlaagje. Na het inkten van de randjes van de gestempelde stukken plak je elk stuk op het bijbehorende onderlaagje.

Step 5: For each layer you cut or diecut a matching layer that is a bit bigger, and after inking the edges of the stamped layers you adhere them to the matching underlayer.

Stap 6: Vervolgens plak je de lagen met Dimensionals op elkaar, zodanig dat de afbeeldingen doorlopen. Als je ergens nog een lintje of draadje omheen wilt doen, doe je dat voordat je de lagen op elkaar plakt.

Step 6: Next step is adhering the layers with Dimensionals, and make sure the stamped images match. When you want to add some ribbon or twine, make sure you do that before adhering!

Als je wilt kun je nog wat inktspettertjes toevoegen voordat je de kaart verder aankleedt!

If you can add some ink splatters before finishing and decorating the card!

Zo'n laagjes kaart heeft vaak niet zo heel veel meer nodig!

Such a layered card does not really need that much more!
