Het product van de maand augustus, is dit prachtige designpapier!

 

The Product of the month August, is this gorgeous designer series paper!

 

 
Het Glow of Harvest Speciaal Papier is een mooie, zachte knipoog naar de herfst. Fantastische afbeeldingen, prachtige, zachte herfstkleuren en een parelmoerachtige glans! Het is prachtig stevig papier, ook geschikt om bijvoorbeeld verpakkingen te maken!

 

The Glow of Harvest Specialty Paper is a nice hint of autumn. Beautiful images, lovely soft autumn colours, and a breathtaking pearly finish. It is a sturdy paper, so also very nice for making boxes etc.

 


Ik vond het nog een beetje vroeg voor herfst, maar een nazomerkaart kun je met dit papier ook prachtig maken. Het heeft immers echte Indian Summer kleuren!

 

For me it felt a bit early to make an autumncard, but an Indian Summer style card can be made with it as well. The colours are perfect for it! 

 

 

Ik koos het vel met de prachtige bloemen, en maakte deze het uitgangspunt van mijn kaart!

I chose the sheet with the beautiful flowers, and made it the starting point for my card!

 

 

Ik zette het bloementhema nog verder door, met nog meer bloemen! Natuurlijk in de kleuren van het designpapier!

I continued the floral theme, with even more flowers. Ofcourse in colours that match the DSP!

 

 

Flowering Meadow is gelanceerd als een zomerse set, maar in deze kleuren is het natuurlijk ook een prachtige herfstbloemenset. De vormen van de bloemen vond ik mooi passen bij de bloemen in de achtergrond. Ik stempelde en stanste dus een lekker aantal bloemen, stelen en blaadjes. Zo kon ik een lekker volle toef maken.

Flowering Meadow was launched as a summer-flowerset, but in these colours it is a perfect autumnflowerset! The shapes of the flowers are such a lovely match with those in the background! I stampel and diecut quite a lot of flowers, stems and leaves. That way I was able to make a nice, full composition!

De allerkleinste bloemetjes stanste ik uit Cajun Craze cardstock. Zo zorgde ik voor wat extra contrast.

The smallest flowers were diecut from some Cajun Craze cardstock. They gave the composition some lovely contrast.

De tekst stempelde ik op een reststrookje, en met de Drie Banners Pons maakte ik er een mooi bannertje van. De randjes depte ik voorzichtig op een inktpad, om het een rustiek randje te geven.

The text was stamped on a scrap piece of cardstock, and with the Triple Banner Pumch I turned it into a cute little banner. By dapping the edges on an inkpad I gave the edges a bit of a rustic look.

 

De bloemen kwamen op een rechthoekig paneel, waarbij ik lekker veel ruimte leeg liet om ook het achtergrondpapier volop tot z'n recht te laten komen. Van het Designpapier zette ik de randen licht aan met Golden Glow inkt om het Indian Summer gevoel te versterken. Echt een zonnige gloed.

The flowers were added on a rectangular panel, but I kept a lot of empty space to make sure the DSP would keep getting a lot of attention. I lightly inked the edges of the DSP with Golden Glow ink to enhance the Indian Summer feeling. It gives such a sunny glow.

 

 
Om het toch net wat specialer te maken bracht ik een sierrand aan onderaan het paneel, en diverse labeltjes die onder de bloemen vandaan komen.

To add some interest I added a decorative border from under the panel, and tucked some labels under the flowers.

Beiden maakte ik met de set Bordered In Beauty... Dit is echt een favoriet hoor... deze set kun je bij zo veel dingen gebruiken, en het geeft projecten net dat beetje extra! De set past eigenlijk overal bij!

Both were made with the set Bordered In Beauty... This is truely a favourite! This set is so incredibly versatile, and it give projects just that bit of "extra". It really matches with everything!!

 

Wat is het een prachtig papier he? 
Elke maand komt er een nieuw Product van de Maand beschikbaar! Een exclusief item dat alleen als extra product besteld kan worden, bij een minimaal bestelbedrag van 90 euro. Het product kun je dan voor slechts 6 euro kopen. Je kunt maximaal 1 van elk product per persoon kopen, en de items zijn verkrijgbaar zolang de voorraad strekt! Is het Product van een vorige maand nog beschikbaar, en had je deze nog niet eerder besteld, kun je ook daarvoor kiezen.

Each month a new Product of the Month is launched. It is always an exclusive item that can only be ordered as an extra product with an order of at least 90 euros. You can order this product for only six euros. There is one of each Product of the Month available for each person, and they are available as supplies last. When the Product of a past month is still available, and you have not ordered that product yet,you can still choose that product.



Ik hoop je hierbij alvast wat inspiratie gegeven te hebben. Er zijn nog veel meer combinaties mogelijk! Binnenkort volgen er vast meer voorbeelden!

I hope I gave you some fun inspiration. Lots of other combinations are possible as well! Hopefully I will be able to share some more examples here
